We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team. You are personable, professional and well organized with the ability to work efficiently and anticipate the needs of a group of people all going a million miles a minute. You have a solid talent for juggling multiple tasks and not dropping a ball. You’re open to learning new software and capable of clean data entry. Attitude is EVERYTHING.


  • Maintaining calendar for appointments, calls, key projects and follow-up tracking
  • Bookkeeping
  • Billing
  • Researching and compiling materials needed for meetings or projects
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Completing special projects
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, in-house meetings, including video conference set-up, beverage/food, etc.
