Telehealth services are the future of healthcare and Fonemed is a pioneer in the industry.

When Fonemed recently updated their online presence, they stayed true to their pioneering roots and telehealth brand by taking a ‘mobile first’ strategy. Our redesign focused on a reorganization of the previous website’s structure and the development of an icon set that allowed users to immediately identify each solution with ease. The creation of custom content including photography and infographics complemented the materials already in use. Our visual approach served to create an inviting online portal into the suite of services in addition to unifying these services in the company’s traditional communication materials such as brochures and fact sheets.

The main objective of the website was to allow customers to quickly and easily research Fonemed solutions and have their questions answered by key personnel. The entire decision making process was based on criteria that supported this functionality.
