Murray Premises Hotel understands that web strategy is a constant work in progress. The Hotel decided to take its website to the next level and, after talking objectives with us, we provided them with a redesign that had more Social Media integration and improvements to the site user experience.

Within the hospitality industry, social media is a key component that educated users have come to expect. We added a Trip Advisor feed and links to major social networking channels. The ability to book Murray Premises rooms online were repeated in multiple key places throughout the site, providing the user with the tools to help in decision making and online booking processes.

Users need quick and simple access to specific information and we were able to provide this in an online environment that remained authentic to the unique experience of a stay in a UNESCO world heritage site. WaterWerks team members went onsite at the Murray Premises and quickly scouted for opportunities to visually capture the Murray Premises Hotel’s mix of history and modern convenience. We found it in an architectural feature – something uniquely Murray Premises. The image was integrated into the website as a background to work with the other elements and give site users a more immersive, and genuine experience.
